Event Details

Submission Guidelines

  • Submit proposals at least 4 weeks before the proposed event date
  • Include detailed timing and duration in your proposal
  • Provide speaker bios and relevant experience
  • Include any supporting materials or presentation outlines

Review Process

Your proposal will be reviewed by the NSES Events Committee within 10 business days. You will be notified via email about the status of your proposal.

If approved, an NSES representative will contact you to discuss next steps and coordinate the event details.
