The Listing Process

Our team will schedule an initial meeting with your company to understand your business and answer any questions you may have. We'll help determine the best route for listing, whether through an initial public offering (IPO) or secondary listing.

After reviewing the listing criteria, you'll submit the necessary application along with your company's financial reports, governance structures, and other documents required for compliance. This submission will be reviewed by our listings team.

NSES's listing team evaluates the application. Our team will thoroughly review the financial and legal documents provided, as well as conduct a due diligence check to ensure that the listing complies with regulatory standards.

Once your application is approved, NSES will send a formal listing agreement, which outlines the responsibilities and obligations of both parties. This agreement ensures that you are aligned with NSES's regulatory and operational standards.

If you're listing through an IPO or other public offering, we will work with you to determine the pricing and share offering structure. Our team will coordinate with underwriters, legal advisors, and financial analysts to ensure smooth execution.

On the day of your listing, your company's stock or product will officially be available for trading on NSES. A symbolic Opening Bell Ceremony can be organized to celebrate your company's successful entry into the market.

After your listing, your company must continue to meet regulatory standards, including quarterly financial reporting and shareholder disclosures. NSES will provide ongoing support to ensure compliance and help manage your relationship with investors.
